All families desiring to enroll students at Watertown Christian School should complete a Family Application.  This application covers general family information as well as includes the WCS Statement of Faith.  Your signature on this form simply indicates that you are aware of the faith position of Watertown Christian School.  Our Statement of Faith can be viewed here.

A Student Application needs to be completed for each student desiring to enroll at Watertown Christian School.

Additional items that must be submitted within 30 days of acceptance to WCS to guarantee placement in a classroom.
